Our Story
ACA Strategies was created to respond to the increasing threats to data security and privacy. The founders are all experts in polices, procedures and security. Having known one another for decades, they decided to develop a process to help organisations with their assurance and compliance needs: SOTERIA.

ACA is a team of over 20 years of experience across health and financial services.
As trained internal auditors for ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 they have developed SOTERIA which aims to support organisations to establish processes and policies that will enable them to work more effectively and safely and eventually achieve ISO accreditation.
Eleanor Lancaster - Director, Project Lead and Auditor
Project Management and IT Service background with 10 years in NHS and Finance sectors, working on projects in healthcare, IT and compliance areas. Qualified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
She also has 5 years' experience in the leisure and fitness industry, teaching group exercise classes in her spare time. Qualified Internal

​Alan Barth - Associate
14 years in the software sector, working as Commercial Director for Graphnet Health, a solution provider for the integrated digital care record (IDCR). Now is the Director of AB Associates with a wealth of Goverance and Complaince understanding and is a qualified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001. Prior to this, he had 17 years of service in the NHS, initially as a clinical technician, then a variety of leadership roles including Director of Information and Technology Management at Stockport PCT. He has worked across primary care, community and acute sectors.

Associate Architects and Auditors
ACA has a network of associates and consultants, with over 20 years' experience in Financial Services and Healthcare, working with development, infrastructure and security along with IT governance, regulatory controls and standards including Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, ISAE3402 and SOX 404.
